Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. Personalized, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, used pet products, and gift cards may be non-returnable.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support@vvkam.com with your order number and clear photos within the stated support window if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping
Return shipping rules must match the final return address and fulfillment setup before public launch.
